Yes it would be great if they can get it removed for now but be aware another one will pop up again at some point this isn't the end if it's removed.

How am I missing the point? That was a reply to a question asked last night again 2 different answers with similar post. Thanks but I am trying to get clarification. I don't think I'm missing the point at all.

But aaa and step up could interpret it differently is my point. I still think there should be access to equipment but not certain things.

It's all classified as instructional material and this bill would limit the funding to the 4 core subjects from what you guys have posted

Tbh step up and aaa will take this wording and say it's the 4 core subjects for everything as a book could be considered equipment . I'm still not okay with equipment being so limited although I know this is being taken advantage of. I'm not sure how it will truly be interpreted.

No it mean you can only purchase equipment and materials in the 4 core subjects only.

No they have only heard complaints not about the good that it has done which is why we are seeing this bill. Complaints on how the funds are being used, complaints about how approvals where taking over 60 days, complaints about AAA or SUFS denying things that should be approved. Complaints about how we are getting the money on a card with no branches in Florida. The list goes on about complaints.

I recognize this it's always the few who ruin it for the whole. Again we need restrictions but I don't believe removing them in WHOLE is the way to go about it. I would hope that this whole thing is removed from the HB and reintroduced at a latter time with restrictions on certain aspects.

This is almost why I didn't sign up this year and at the last minute decided to sign up and hey what's it worth if we don't like it then we can drop it but it's been very appreciative on my end here are just a few examples of how we have used our funds and how it is providing a education they wouldn't have gotten with out it. (HEF feel free to use these pictures if needed).

I don't submit for that just my monthly fees and the comp fees no privates etc I tried to keep it with in reason.
