Can any one please clarify. When I read the language it sounds like if you are a Florida resident who is military stationed outside of Florida, you can receive the PEP scholarship? If so, what do you do if don’t have a Florida address to type into the system?
You will need to have some sort of proof that Florida is your home of record or state of legal residence. Your military orders might contain the information you need.
