Is there a time frame of approved reimbursements deposited in the bank card?

We have approved reimbursment and we are waiting when it's gonna be deposited in the bank card. We are part of PEP program. Is there a known time frame for it ? Have they started to deposit approved reimbursements in the bank cards already?

Hi! We don't have a timeframe. I know some have had their reimbursements Approved, but none that I've heard of have actually received funds on their cards yet. I'm assuming they are very busy processing reimbursements for all the scholarships (not just PEP) and that the turnaround time is longer than usual, right now.

Thank you very much for your respnse.😉 I asked this question almost a month ago and still waiting for the funds to be reimbursed.

We received email last week "Reimbusement Card update"- does it apply only to difficulties people have on the ease of using the deposited money in the card or are they planning on introducing some other method to receive the funds since so many people have not been reimbursed yet even though approved? Are they talking about new way to receive the reimbursments?
