Can anyone help me know what will need to be on a receipt for sports lessons in order for it to be reimbursed? It seems like the requirements are somewhat different from tutoring? Is that right?

I just thought I'd give you my personal experience, as I've submitted around 6 requests total for sports lessons. The vendor I used does not issue an invoice, and just requires payment after the lesson has ended via check, Venmo, or cash. So I submitted my Venmo receipts for each date, made sure my child's name was in the memo and wrote "soccer lessons" in the memo as well. I also included a couple of pages from the Vendor's website describing his background, and expertise, etc. Three of the six were approved the first time, 2 were looped into the "tutoring" black hole, and one was rejected due to no forms viewable, though I could see everything from my end. After a few back and forths, I got the fourth one approved after writing a letter about how P.E. does not fall under the "electives" category, and therefore was subject to basically only the proof of purchase guidelines on page 15 of the Handbook and not the info they were requesting about hourly rate, etc. But the final two have been rejected AGAIN for basically requirements that fall under the tutoring/electives guidelines. The processor inconsistency is maddening, especially when one person is asking for additional documents that are not stated in the guidelines as being required for approval. On top of that, four other processors approved without requiring additional docs. So processor error? I think so. Sorry to vent, but all that to say as much info as you can give is helpful, but P.E. is its own separate category under Instructional Materials, and should therefore not require all the additional documentation needed as Elective courses do to be approved.
