I received an email on approximately Oct 9 stating all my children were approved for scholarships. I followed the link to choose scholarship type, PEP, and filled in all the ID s and all the info asked for. I didthis for all of my children. After hearing nothing for about a month I got an email stating we were waitlisted. Super confusing cause it says awarded by each of my students on the website but there is 0.00 in their accounts. Also is I am on waitlust should I stay enrolled in my umbrella school till money actually had been awarded? Thanks

Awarded for the initial scholarship isn't the same as being awarded PEP. They are two separate parts of the process. But it sounds like you did everything correctly to apply and fill out the survey! October was much later than many others applied, so even though they are still processing applications, it's possible the PEP slots will be full and that you will stay on the wait-list. (That will give you priority for next year, though, if you aren't awarded PEP this year.)
Yes, You should remain in your current method of schooling unless you receive confirmation that you've been awarded PEP for your students.
