When I submit for reimbursement through the portal I get this error. Even after waiting the allotted time. Any advice?
"Oops! We ran into an issue retrieving your new bank account information. In order to ensure you are able to be reimbursed, please try to submit again in 15 minutes."
We aren't involved in the technical side of Step Up or their portal--your best bet would be to contact Step Up support and report the issue. It might be just a glitch that will resolve on its own, but if not, having a support ticket in will put you in their queue for someone to look into it for you.
