Hi, Janitsa. My understanding is that funds were released to the SFOs (Step Up/AAA) as of today (September 1st), but the SFOs still need to do their cross-checks to verify all requirements have been met (Student Learning Plan submitted, letter of termination and/or unenrolling from other schooling) before they can release the funds to the families. When funds do release, they will appear in your account you set up with the SFO (so, for Step Up, they will appear in your EMA portal). We've been told this should happen in September but I don't know the exact date. Step Up will also have some direct-pay/direct-purchase options available eventually (not sure exact timeline on that), as well as a place inside the portal to submit reimbursement requests.
