Does participating in PEP disqualify my students from playing in sports at the local public school?
Are city/county recreation sports participation fees eligible for PEP funds?
How does an organization (like a dance studio for homeschoolers that has an LLC) become eligible to obtain PEP funds ?
I just saw this post (not sure how it slipped through my radar before), but we've posted the answers to most of these in the FAQs over the past few weeks (especially your first two questions). You can browse the answers in our PEP FAQs here or use the search bar to find the relevant posts. As for becoming an eligible organization, if you want to qualify as a Home Education Instructional Program, you'd need to meet all the requirements for that in the Purchasing Guide. If you do, you can submit an application to become an approved Home Education Instructional Program for PEP. You can find that form on Step Up's website on their Vendors page. If you are not a Home Education Instructional Program but would like to become an approved Tutor and meet those requirements, there's also a place for you to submit for approval for that, on the Vendor page. You do not have to be on the pre-approved list in order for parents to be reimbursed--if you meet the criteria for one of the approved categories in the Purchasing Guide, the parents would simply submit their receipts from your program to Step Up for reimbursement. But if you want to be on the pre-approved list and/or a direct-pay Vendor, then you would need to complete the application process. Hope that helps!
