Has anyone else experienced getting, seemingly, skipped over for a quarter in receiving PEP funding? Did anybody find a way to get it addressed? In calls to Step Up they just say that the funding will arrive eventually, but they can't say by when, and it's two weeks now past the day the said they would have it wrapped up.

I recently solved the problem, and I can share my experience. My wife and I also encountered cockroaches, and at first we tried to deal with them ourselves. We bought all sorts of products in stores, traps, sprayed sprays - it helped for some time, but soon the cockroaches appeared again. We realized that we could not cope with this just like that, and decided to contact specialists. We started looking for information, and also came across Pest Control in Thornton, CO. What I liked about this company is the comprehensive approach. They did not just spray some chemicals and leave, but conducted a full inspection of the apartment, identifying all the weak points from which pests could penetrate. For example, we had cracks under the windows, in which even I did not think to look for the source of the problem. They closed everything, treated places where we did not even think that cockroaches could hide. This, in fact, turned out to be much more effective than just using traditional means.
