Hello HEF. The title of my post is self-explanatory. I know there are others who also have not been funded and they applied even before I did. Curiously, some of us who got together to create a petition to address this issue and other issues with PEP were put on a waitlist even though many who applied after we applied, have been funded. Could you please help us get switched to PEP? Also, why would we be put on a waitlist if we applied before the cap was met?

They are still manually combing through applications and moving some students off wait-list. They are not done with the process. We've been covering what's happening behind the scenes in some of our recent Livestreams and forums--including how some who applied early may have been inadvertently pushed back on the list by editing their applications, which makes their system flag it as new in the processing queue. It's not the only potential reason that may have happened but it is one example. They are going by the date the PEP survey was completed, and are having to manually comb through applications to catch people who were missed. But they are aware.
