Will taking PEP affect our eligibility for Dual Enrollment?

No.

According to statute, PEP students still have access to free dual enrollment, the same as typical home education students.

We knew this was the case, but it was just confirmed today (August 15, 2023) on a call Brenda was on, and Step Up has updated the PEP Frequently Asked Questions on their site to reflect this information, as well.
