Hello, everyone!
We just received these PDF resources from our contact at Step Up. Hopefully they will answer a lot of questions you've all had about the debit cards/reimbursement cards for PEP and how they will work!

These documents are available on our Downloads/Helpful Docs page as well!
I've also updated the related posts in the forum to direct back to this update for the latest info.
I personally am not a fan of the reimbursement card and how I can access MY money. I would prefer to have the option to transfer directly from the US Bank card's site to my checking but instead I have to either utilize ANOTHER app that I do not want to use (Zelle, Venmo or Paypal) or I have to withdraw cash in multiples of $20 then deposit. Obviously, when the increments are not in mutiples of $20, the only option I have is trying to make purchases near that amount, transferring to an app I do not want or leaving the money there. I would think in this day and age of technology they could have a better option for us parents.
Wondering if you've had any information about how long it takes for the funds to show up on the card after the reimbursement has been approved? We have had several reimbursements approved over the last two weeks and have received and activated our card but when I log in it shows a $0 balance. Thanks!
Hello,
This is my first year with a scholarship (we were awarded PEP). I am unfamiliar with the reimbursement card, and more specifically, how to initiate reimbursement/receive the card. I understand I need to submit a request to initiate the process, and that I need to do that through EMA, but I don't see anywhere that would allow me to do so within the portal. Someone tell me, am I missing something obvious here, or is this not yet made accessible?
Thanks!!
Hi! I need to know what does "Florida certificate of the grades they are teaching" means for a private tutor to be covered by reimbursements, do they need to be a certified florida teacher? Foe example is a persona doesn't have a florida public education certificate but they do have a Montessori education cerrificate, will they be paid? And for a piano, arts, sport teachers, what cerrificates will we need to present for
Reimbursement?
Thank you!
I'm sorry if this has been answered, but I've searched and cannot find clarification here. I heard that there would be an online store, similar to Amazon, where approved vendors would have their curriculum, supplies, etc. for sale, and we could purchase directly from them using our PEP account, therefore not having to get reimbursed. Is that accurate?
This is great information! Thanks so much for posting. =)
