Scholarship Funding Organizations (SFOs) will compile all the test scores from PEP students--they will be sent to a state university and compiled. Nobody will ever know who your student is. There will not be a requirement that students make a certain score... it's for tracking the program, not the individual. It's not in the law for them to track individual students--that's not what's in the statute.
We cannot guarantee what they might do in the future, however, Gardiner is set up the same way and going on 14 years, with no individual student tracking. Same with private schools--the state does not track individual students; they will evaluate 10 or more kids in a grade to give the private school a score, but they are not tracking the individual student.
This is part of why Brenda fought to get PEP separated out from home education in statute, so that if the program ever starts to infringe on parents' rights, parents can simply discontinue their use of PEP and return to regular home education.
