Because we have retained in statute the home education law intact, if regulations come on this program in future years, a parent can just choose not to renew the scholarship and go back to home education.

What about bright futures? I understand they cannot change enrollment (ex: home school to public school or vice versa) during 11th & 12th grade. Could changing enrollment from home school to pep as an 11th or 11th grade affect this?
