Is there a PEP handbook?

There is also an FTC FES-EO Purchasing Guide 2023-24, which outlines how PEP funds can be used. You can download a PDF of that under our Helpful Docs page. (Note: Please download the one titled "updated 9-28-23 FTC FES-EO Purchasing Guide 2023-24" when you're on our Downloads/Helpful Docs page, as this is the latest version as of 9/28/2023.)

This documnt gives the exact wording of the statutes that outline the rights and requirements for PEP students. This document can also be found on our Helpful Docs page.

They will be finalizing the Purchasing Guide in December 2023, so it's important to get that feedback to them now!
