Can PEP student pay for homeshool Coop membership with PEP funds?

I have a question about homeschool coop thats registered as LLC. Do you think it would count as Home education Instruction Program chosen by parent? My daughter is part of homeschool Coop and attends 4 times a week for full day of instruction with some Math and LA etc and all project based learning and extracurricular activities. Or if I accept the PEP do I have to withdraw from Coop? Thank you!
