Is that for hybrid programs to qualify for the PEP or Tax credit? Just looking for some guidance.

Is that for hybrid programs to qualify for the PEP or Tax credit? Just looking for some guidance.
This gives flexibility to private schools to allow PEP students to take part-time classes at their school without being fully enrolled, and without having to meet the usual full-time attendance requirements for private schools.
